Iowa State at Texas Tech

Don't look now but the Texas Tech Red Raiders are off to a 5-0 start on the season. This is a team that has had a long history of offense, but the Red Raiders are doing it on defense this year, allowing a stingy 13.8 points per game. The offense certainly has not taken a back seat either as they are ranked #13 in the country, producing 520 yards per contest and 41.8 ppg. Iowa State is simply ill equipped to hang in this game as they rank #67 offensively at a pedestrian 27 ppg allowed. The Cyclones are also in a tough mental spot having lost at home last week to Texas 31-30 as the Longhorns scored a TD with inside of a minute to play. The Red Raiders have been a momentum-based team that is now 6-0 ATS in their last six when following a 20+ point win in their last contest.
