Hawaii vs. Houston

Hawaii won two of its last three games to finish at .500, which is more than what Houston can say as the Cougars are 3-4 although they have had a tumultuous season with many postponements and cancellations. The Rainbow Warriors' losses were to quality opponents, including undefeated San Jose State and Boise State. The Warriors come off a 38-21 victory over UNLV on Dec. 12, when Chevan Cordeiro threw for 252 yards on 20 of 33 passing while also rushing for 88 yards on 12 carries. Hawaii racked up 278 yards on the ground with 6.0 yards per carry. Houston is only #72 in the country in yards allowed while giving up 32.6 points, and 172.7 rushing yards per game. The Cougars have played only once since Nov. 14 and that was a 30-27 loss to Memphis as a 7-point favorite. Houston is led by junior QB Clayton Tune, who threw for 1,832 yards and 13 TDs with seven interceptions. Houston is just 2-6 ATS its last eight games versus the Mountain West Conference and the Cougars have not covered their last four December games. Play Hawaii as a Max Play in the New Mexico Bowl.
