The Crimson Tide have won three of the last four BCS Championships and as things stand right now, they are the odds-on favorite to make it four of five. Georgia State is here for one reason: a big paycheck. They are going to leave with their tails between their legs, that's for sure. But will they lose by 55 points? Georgia State owns losses already this season to Chattanooga, Jacksonville State and Samford. It is quite likely they do not get into the end zone in this contest, and it is also likely that Alabama scores on every first half possession while the starters are in. They will also score with the reserves playing in the second half, as Bama's #2s are better than the Georgia State's starters. This one has 60-70 Tide points written all over it and Georgia State will be hard pressed to generate 100 total yards in this one. Think Georgia State can score 15+ points? I don't. Alabama is 18-8 ATS the last three seasons when holding foes to 14 or fewer points. Think the Tide will put up 500+ yards here? Book it and remember that Bama is 21-5 ATS in their last 26 games when they rack up 500+ yards. In his coaching career, Nick Saban doesn't take it easy on cupcakes. He is 24-11 ATS vs. losing teams. It's a ton of points, but lay 'em.
