Fresno State got to play one of the worst teams in the country for its opener and the Bulldogs came through with a 45-0 blowout of Connecticut, but now they are stuck playing a Top-20 school at Oregon, which returns 16 starters from a Pac-10 championship team. Jake Haener threw for 331 yards and three touchdowns for the Bulldogs before leaving in the third quarter with leg cramps. Anthony Brown will be the starting QB for the Ducks after playing three seasons at Boston College and injuries have allowed him an extra year of eligibility. Brown threw two TD passes against USC in the conference championship game and also played some in the Fiesta Bowl against Iowa State. Oregon went UNDER its final three games in 2020 and Fresno State stayed UNDER by 18.5 points against UConn. The Bulldogs are just 2-5 ATS their past seven games following a win and the Ducks have stayed UNDER six of their past eight non-conference games. Fresno State has 20 returning starters, but they lost their last two games last season to Nevada as a 6.5-point underdog and New Mexico as a 13-point favorite. Play Oregon and the UNDER.
