Florida State at Louisville

Florida State's offense appears to be improving, but the Seminoles scored only three points against Virginia Tech and seven points at Syracuse and those games went UNDER by a combined 59 points. The Seminoles averaged only 2.1 yards per carry in last week's win over Northern Illinois while holding the Huskies to a microscopic 0.3 yards per rush on six yards on 20 carries and NIU was held to only 221 yards of offense. Deondre Francois did have his best game so far this season throwing for 352 yards on 23-of-31 with two touchdowns and an interception. Louisville is feeling the effects of losing Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Lamar Jackson, who led the team in passing and rushing the last three years. The Cardinals are averaging only 17.0 points per game while allowing 25.5. Florida State gives up 24.8 points while scoring 20.8 points per contest. Louisville managed only a field goal in its 27-3 loss to Virginia last week and finished with a meager 214 total yards of offense. Jackson's successor, Jawon Pass, did not live up to his name and threw for only 113 yards with no touchdowns and an interception. The UNDER is 12-3-1 in FSU's last 16 road games and 19-6-1 UNDER its last 26 conference games. Louisville has stayed UNDER seven of its last eight overall dating to last season. Play the UNDER.
