This has been a surprising Florida team. They had a lot of question marks coming into the season including the starting quarterback. Who would it be? How effective would he be? That has been answered early and Florida has become a force that is going to challenge for a BCS Bowl or Championship. The Gators have watched the leadership and quick maturation of Jeff Driskel who has thrown for eight scores with just one INT. He has run the offense very well. The Gators have been staking a claim to the best defense in the land, allowing just 12 points per game. Last week this defense madea statement holding South Carolina to just 11 points. Georgia was supposed to have the big defense this year, but it has shown a lot of chinks in the armor by allowing 103 points the last three weeks. Two of the three opponents were Tennessee and Kentucky. The Bulldogs have allowed 20 points or more in every game, and facing a defense that gives very little is going to be problematic. The Gators are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 at a neutral site and 8-1 ATS in their last nine games following an ATS win. Under Mark Richt, Georgia is just 18-29 ATS when coming off a road game. Florida has a huge advantage on defense and they also have the better special teams. Take Florida to win big.
