Florida at Texas

Winning down the stretch will be important for Texas, starting with this week's game against the Gators. They are currently #5 in the initial playoff rankings, and would love to finish in the top four to draw a bye. Texas' lone loss came vs. #3 Georgia, so running the table will probably get them there. Florida is just 4-4 and if they finish below .500 it will be for the fourth straight time. That hasn't happened at least for the last 35 years. Florida is off an emotional physical game vs. Georgia, who pulled away late in a 34-20 win over the Gators. Now they are taking on another Top 5 team that is hungry, and at home. I think you see less than a full effort here from a tired and emotionally drained Florida team. Make the play on Texas.
