Florida at Mississippi State

The Florida Gators not too long ago were among the power brokers in NCAA Football. You have to go back 40 years or more to find the last time this team finished with a losing record two straight years. The Gators have done so now for three straight years. They will travel to take on Mississippi St. on Saturday. The Gators are 1-2 and the lone win has come vs. an FCS team. They are still looking fo their first win of the season vs an FBS opponent. Despite all that, the Gators are in good shape to beat a Mississippi St. team that is just 1-2 as well and has not beaten an FBS team either. The Bulldogs tipped their hand last week as to the kind of season they are in for as they lost at home to Toledo by 24 points as a double-digit favorite. The Bulldogs have Texas, Georgia, and Texas A&M coming up after this one and it is likely they will be sitting at 1-5. I think Miss. St. struggles to get mor than two wins in the conference, and at this point, Florida is the better team. Make the play on Florida.
