Eastern Michigan at Massachusetts

Eastern Michigan has a fine, balanced offense, scoring 53 and 41 points in its final two games last season, then 35 in the 2021 opener before getting shut down at Wisconsin last week. They have a two-headed QB system with Preston Hutchinson and Ben Bryant while running backs Darius Boone, Jr. and Jawon Hamilton provide the balance. Eastern Michigan is 29-15 ATS on the road off a road loss, plus 20-6 ATS away off a road defeat of 21+ points. Massachusetts (5-13 spread run) has been smacked silly by the big boys with a terrible schedule, losing 51-7 at Pitt and 45-28 to Boston College. QB Tyler Lytle was a casualty and won't play in this one, so freshman QB Brady Olson will start. They lost all four games last season, scoring a total of 12 points!
