This rivalry goes again in Boulder this year, and we expect more of the same. The underdog has covered eight of ten in this series and CSU has covered 3 of the last 4 in Boulder. While the Buffs should pack more of punch than one year ago, the Rams have the ingredients to keep this game close to the wire yet again. Back is QB Justin Holland, who threw for 400 yards on the Buffs one year ago. He also returns his top target in David Anderson. Colorado will win or lose this game with their ability to defend the pass and the throw the football on offense. CSU really wants this one as they feel they got robbed last year. Many in Fort Collins feel that tough loss killed their whole season one year ago. Underdogs of 3.5 to 10 points in non-conference games returning 17 or more starters are 29-7 (81%) ATS in the first month of the season. We see a Colorado win, but another close game that will be won by Colorado's defense and Special Teams. No blow out here. Two stars on Colorado State plus the digits.
