Well folks, we all know they drill here. There is a ton of pressure on the Longhorns in this one. Colorado has dropped two in a row, turning in horrible performances in both games, the last to their most hated rival on their home field nonetheless. Fans and the press are calling for Gary Barnett's head. Funny thing may be happening though. Team is said to be rallying behind Barnett. Texas has already beaten Colorado 42-17 this season, and should win this game again, but Mack Brown and Gary Barnett are good friends, and it does Texas no good to blow out Colorado here. A simple win and they will be in the MNC game in one month. Colorado is not as bad as they have looked in their past two games, and in all honesty, if they play their best game, this will be a game heading into the fourth quarter. Colorado will not win this game, but it shouldn't lose by this much either. After last week's game which was nothing short of the most embarrasing loss for any of these players and maybe of Barnett's career, they will come to play this week. Teams off a blowout loss by 21+ points to a conference rival are 172-102 (63%) ATS in their next game if they come in with a winning record. Also, big dogs of 21.5 to 31 points off a game in which they managed under 10 points now facing an opponent off a game in which 60+ total points were scored are 43-16 (73%) since 1992. One star on the Buffaloes and the points.
