Colorado at Nebraska

Colorado has the luxury of having a game under its belt while Nebraska still is 0-0 after having its game against Akron canceled due to stormy weather.  The Buffaloes hammered Colorado State 45-13 on Friday night and have an extra day to prepare for this matchup. Quarterback Steven Montez was 22-of-25 for 338 yards and four touchdowns and he rushed for 41 yards and a touchdown. Also, Laviska Shenault Jr. finished with 11 catches for 211 yards while lining up in four different spots. K.D. Dixon also contributed with a 46-yard reception. Colorado had a net 258 rushing yards while holding the Rams to 103 yards on the ground. Nebraska lost its last four games of the 2017 season while allowing an astounding 197 points and the Cornhuskers return eight starters from that unit, which might not be a good thing. The Huskers are anxious to see what new coach Scott Frost can do to return the program to its glory days, but it's going to take awhile to get this squad back on track. Nebraska is 4-10 ATS its last 14 games and 1-9-2 ATS its last 12 home games. Colorado has covered the spread five of its last six games after a 20-plus point win. Nebraska is also starting a true freshman, Adrian Martinez, at quarterback. Grab the points with Colorado.
