Charlotte at North Carolina

This is an in-state game with Charlotte taking on North Carolina. Charlotte won just three games last season. They opened the season against James Madison who has a strong football reputation, but their coaching staff has all left, and with that being said, most of their remaining star players exited via the transfer portal. This was supposed to be a down season for James Madison, but they destroyed Charlotte 30-7 last week. Charlotte reported eight injured starters for that game, and for a team lacking depth, that doesn't leave much left. James Madison looked great stopping an inferior offense, and will be facing the same thing in this one. The JMU offesnse did just enough last week to get to 30 points, and I don't see a lot of upside here. Make the play UNDER the total.
