Central Florida vs. Georgia Tech

These teams met in 2022 with Central Florida winning 27-10 and now they meet again in the Gasparilla Bowl. The Knights ended their season on a high note with three victories in their final four games and the only loss was by one point at Texas Tech. Central Florida is lead by QB John Rhys Plumlee, who is not opting out and actually says he is excited to play in this bowl game. Plumlee started the final six games and threw for 1,487 yards with 10 TDs and four interceptions and rushing for 310 yards and four TDs. Both teams finished 6-6, but Georgia Tech lost two of its final three games, including 31-23 to Georgia. The Yellow Jackets allow 30.5 points per game and they are third-to-last in the country in rush defense yielding 225.7 yards per game. Georgia Tech is 9-3 OVER this season and it had gone OVER five straight before falling short against Georgia. Central Florida has motivation to redeem itself after a bad showing in last year's Military Bowl and losing 30-13 to Duke. The Knights average 32.5 points per game and are No. 7 in the country in total yards of offense (492.2 per game). Take Central Florida on the moneyline and the OVER.
