Central Florida at East Carolina

Central Florida has used three quarterbacks in four games with the trio completing 51% of their passes. It's the third road game in four weeks for an offense that is #96 in the country in passing. It is a new offensive system under first-year head coach Scott Frost. They have just six rushing TDs on the season. At least the defense is ahead of the offense, as the Knights held FIU to just 189 total yards of offense the previous game and forced the Panthers to punt the ball nine times. UCF senior safety Drico Johnson collected an interception. East Carolina limps home for conference play after scoring 32 total points in losses to the SEC (South Carolina) and the ACC (Virginia Tech). East Carolina is also led by a new coach in Scottie Montgomery with an offense that has dropped to #71 in scoring. East Carolina is on a 7-3 run UNDER the total, including six straight conference games UNDER. Don't look for much offense -- especially from the anemic visitors. This one stays UNDER the total.
