The Pac-12 is about the haves and the have nots, and right now this California team is buried with the latter. California has played four games vs. BCS Conference opponents and has proceeded to allow 48.8 points per game against them as they have shown to be one of the worst defenses in the country. The Bears can't run the ball as they average less than 3 yards per carry. They get behind, and opposing defenses know the ball is going in the air and that has not turned out well. UCLA certainly has the offense to get to 50 points or more here as they are averaging 48 points per game themselves - against a lot better defenses than they will see here. The Golden Bears are 0-5 ATS this season, and now 3-15 ATS in their last 18. They just don't have enough to stay even remotely close here.
