BYU at West Virginia

BYU (5-3) isn't as good as usual this year, but one more win will mark their 18th season out of the past 19 with at least six wins. The three losses came at the hands of Kansas, TCU, and Texas, all of which are better than West Virginia. It has been a soft offense that has kept BYU out of the win column more frequently. The timing might be good here for the Cougars as West Virginia has lapsed and regressed on defense, allowing 40 PPG in their last three. I really question a fringe double-digit line here. West Virginia is 4-11-1 ATS in their last 16 at home as a favorite of 7-13 points. Make the play on BYU.
