It has been a long year for Georgia Tech already. The most embarrassing part thus far was a home loss to Middle Tennessee State. It wasn't just a loss, it was a 21-point blowout loss. The Ramblin' Wreck own just three wins and one of them came vs. Presbyterian, while the other two were vs. a 1-6 Boston College team, and a 2-6 Virginia team. BYU may be 4-4, but they have lost three of those games to teams that have a combined single loss. The Cougars lost those games by an average of 7.3 points per game, so they have been within one possession of three of the best teams in the country. Georgia Tech just isn't even close to that this season. The Cougars have also been a great cover team on the road where they are 6-1 ATS in their last seven. The Yellow Jackets are just 3-10-1 ATS in their last 14 after going for over 200 yards on the ground in their previous game. BYU is strong defensively, and Tech is one-dimensional with the ground game. BYU has won six straight ATS as a dog. This is a mild upset in the making.
