Buffalo at Northern Illinois

The MAC has been known for developing some top-level QBs over the years, and Northern Illinois has the next one in Jordan Lynch. Lynch is the modern day QB that can hurt you with both his arm and his legs. He has some scary numbers already with 1,255 yards through the air and nine TDs. He’s also run for 789 yards at 7 yards per carry for nine more TDs on the ground! This is a team that knows how to score, and the system has seen the offense put up 30+ in 25 of their last 30 games. Buffalo is giving up 33 points per game including 34 to Morgan State, and it would not be unrealistic to see Northern Illinois go for 50+ in this game. The Bulls’ offense just isn't cut out to get into a shootout. The Bulls are just 3-9 ATS in their last 12 vs. a winning team, while the momentum driven Huskies are 12-3-1 after gaining more than 450 yards in their previous game. Play on Northern Illinois.
