Buffalo isn't expected to be much of a factor in the MAC this season. However, anytime you bring back a QB that has a ton of experience like Joe Licata, who has thrown for 53 TDs the last two years, you're going to be competitive against a team like Florida Atlantic. The Bulls defense has been solid in their first two games. Florida Atlantic lost to a weak Tulsa team, and were destroyed by Miami, Fla. as expected. They have allowed 91 points in two games, and Licata is certainly more than capable of producing a good share in this one for the Bulls. The Owls finished poorly last season with four straight losses, and just have not developed a competitive team to this point. The Bulls have been a step ahead of losing teams of late as they are 11-2 ATS in their last 13 vs. a losing team. The Owls have not shown the capacity to bounce back from a big home loss, as they are now 1-6 ATS following a double-digit home loss. Take Buffalo in this one.
