It has been a humbling year for the Bowling Green Falcons. They are off three consecutive years of making it to the MAC Conference Championship game, but they are 1-8 on the season and won't even go Bowling this season. They took big graduation hits on both sides of the ball, and have not been able to generate much offense at just 21.2 points per game. Akron has better numbers at 29.2 points per game, but the Zips did a lot of that early in the season. Over their last four games, they have managed just 18 ppg. The total here is in the 70s, and those numbers are a long way from that. So the question remains, can mediocre offenses take advantage of the bad defenses? MAC Conference Tuesday/Wednesday games are 47-33-2 to the UNDER, so history would say that's not likely. There have only been five such games that have featured a team that averages fewer than 23 ppg and the other fewer than 30 ppg, with a total of 68.5 or greater, and the result is is 4-1 to the UNDER. This one follows suit, so play on the UNDER.
