Boston College at Louisville

This is a big revenge game for Boston College which lost big to Louisville last season 52-7 after nearly beating the Cardinals in 2015 losing just 17-14.  Louisville was a preseason Top 20, but already it has losses to Clemson and at North Carolina State. The Wolfpack outgained Louisville 520-470 last week and Heisman Trophy winner Lamar Jackson ran for two touchdowns and completed 26-of-47 for 354 yards with a touchdown and an interception. However, Louisville's defense has allowed 351.3 yards per game and opponents are scoring an average 27.0 points per contest. Boston College allows 28.0 points per game and the Eagles come off a 23-10 loss to Virginia Tech while covering the number as a 15.5-point underdog. The Eagles did gain 153 yards on the ground on 4.6 yards per carry and held the Hokies to 2.3 yards per rush. Boston College has covered four straight after an ATS win and the Cardinals are 3-7 ATS against teams with losing records dating to last season.
