Baylor at West Virginia

Baylor is trying to get back up to the top of the Big 12 Conference, a place they contended for on a regular basis before the scandals ripped apart their football program. Last year, they finished 1-11 with the sole win vs. Kansas. They have come a long way and is already at 4-3 on the season. Their offense has been nine points a game better, and the defense has shaved a field goal off of last years numbers. West Virginia was off to a 5-0 start before being humbled by then 3-3 Iowa State. QB Wil Grier was limited to 100 passing yards and was under pressure all game. I think Baylor may try to take that blueprint and bring pressure to force Grier out of his comfort zone. A team losing for the first time at this stage of the season often faces a letdown in their next game, as well. Take the points on Baylor.
