Arkansas at Mississippi

Arkansas had a terrific offseason, adding a top-25 class of prospects during a roster overhaul aimed at upgrading quality depth. They played better than the 20-13 final score indicates last week in a win over Portland State. The ground game had 204 yards, while QBs Ben Hicks and Nick Starkel rotated learning the offense, combining for 191 yards passing. The Razorbacks had 477 yards (300 rushing) when they lost a close one to Ole Miss a year ago, 37-33. Arkansas averaged 6.3 yards per carry in that game. Ole Miss is rebuilding, off of a losing campaign. They've lost six in a row now after dropping the opener last week, 15-10 to Memphis. The offense was dreadful, with 93 passing yards and 80 yards on the ground, averaging 2.4 yards per carry. The offense was 2-14 on third and fourth down as freshman QB Matt Corral played his first game. They are favored this week, but the underdog has more than enough depth, talent, and experience to win the game. Play Arkansas on the moneyline.
