Arizona at California

The Cal Golden Bears used to always be in the mix in the upper half of the Pac-12 Conference. But, they have severely dropped off the last couple of years. They finally got their first cover of the year last week in Washington. While they aren't moving closer to the win column, their defense is starting to bridge the gap, as their last three opponents scored fewer points than any other succession of three games this season. The problem is that the offense has gone backwards, scoring 44 points in the last three, also the lowest three-game stretch of the season. Arizona is scoring steadily every game, but have not topped 44 points in any game this season vs. a BCS Conference opponent. They have held bad offenses in check, allowing 11.5 points per game in the four games vs. losing teams. I just don't see this one getting there, and the Golden Bears are 20-8-1 to the UNDER in their last 29 in conference play, including 5-2 to the UNDER in the last seven in this series. Go with the UNDER.
