Akron at Iowa State

The Akron Zips are a surprising 2-0, and fresh off a win vs. Northwestern in a game where they were posted as a three TD underdog. Iowa State gave Oklahoma a battle for much of the game before dropping a 10-point decision. The Cyclones are 0-2, but they did manage to slow down Oklahoma more than we have seen this year, and allowed Iowa just 13 points in their opener. The problem has been offense, as the Cyclones have produced just 15 points per game in their first two, and are averaging just two yards per catty on the ground. It might be tough sledding vs. an Akron team allowing just 4.3 yards per play on the season, as they returned nine starters from a season ago.
