Air Force at Michigan State

This is not a good situational spot for Air Force, just 5-10-2 all time against the Big Ten and 17-71-4 against nationally-ranked teams. Air Force runs the football for coach Troy Calhoun and will try to control the ball and the clock. However, the Falcons must make a change at quarterback after starter Nate Romine was lost for the season with a knee injury in last week's game. The Falcons will turn to senior QB Karson Roberts, who attempted 41 passes and rushed for 253 yards in 2013 before playing sparingly last season. Michigan State has been in the top 10 in rushing defense the previous four years while allowing 2.1 yards per carry in 2015, and are loaded up front again. The Spartans have picked off four passes and linebacker Riley Bullough is coming off a career-best 14-tackle performance that garnered him Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week honors.
