Youngstown State at Cleveland State

Both Youngstown State and Cleveland State have spent their share of time in the lowest tier of the Horizon Conference. They share that plight once again this season as the young Penguins are just 11-19 on the season, and Cleveland State comes in at 8-21. It is hard to get behind an eight-win team vs. anyone as a solid seven-point chalk, especially one that would have covered seven or more in just one of their last 10 games. The Vikings already have been handed a loss by Youngstown State earlier in the seaon, and I see this game going either way. The Penguins have grabbed the cash in four of their last five games and have to sense the opportunity for another here. Make the play on Youngstown State.
