Xavier at St. John's

Coach Petino has his St. John's team off to a 7-3 start as they open Big East play at home vs. 6-5 Xavier. There is no mistaking what Petino is doing. He doesn't have a defensive chemistry yet, but he is playing a wide open, full-throttle game, as the Red Storm are taking 68 shots on their way to an 80 PPG average. Xavier has been more willing to push the ball as their big center Zach Freemantle is out for the year. Xavier has lost to Delaware and Oakland as opponents are not afraid to push the pace vs. the Musketeers. I think St. John's is really going to push the tempo to try and expose the hole in the middle of the Xavier defense, and lack of depth. Play this one to go OVER the total.
