Xavier is a great program not getting any respect with this betting number. They made the Sweet 16 in March as a No. 3 seed and were fifth in field goal percentage in the nation at 49.2%. They have an experienced big man in the paint in 6-10 senior Abou Ousmane (10 ppg, 7 rpg) to throw at the Purdue frontcourt along with a 3-guard lineup with 6-6 Desmond Claude (18.5 ppg), senior Quincy Olivari, and 6-7 Dailyn Swain. Xavier lost to Indiana of the Big 10 last November, 81-79, lost to Gonzaga by four and to Duke by seven. Xavier is 17-7 ATS versus winning teams and 20-9 ATS after playing a non-conference tilt.
