Wisconsin at Penn State

The Penn St. Nittany Lions have had some success this season, and are better than advertised. They have a big win vs Illinois and also beat Michigan St as well, but Michigan St. carries a name but they have struggled a lot more than expected this year. Looking at the whole picture, Penn St. has failed more often than not in big games. They have losses to Maryland,Mississippi, Virgina Tech,Michigan, Ohio St., and twice to Purdue, even though they have managed to stay close. Wisconsin is a tough team and represents the kind of team as mentioned above that Penn St. has come up short against 80% of the time, and I'll back Wisconsin on the moneyline.
