Northern Illinois continues to make progress. This is a team that went seven straight years without topping the 10-win mark, but has averaged over 16 wins over the last four years. After several 20+ win seasons, Wisconsin Green Bay has been down for a couple years and may be heading down again this season, as the Phoenix are returning just one starter from last year's mediocre team. It's hard to believe for most that the Huskies would be favored against the Phoenix, but things have been changing in opposite directions the past few years for both teams, and the Huskies are now the better and more experienced team.
