Western Michigan has had a great week, defeating Toledo last Tuesday, 90-74 (as a +4.5 dog), and Kent State Saturday, 92-88. Junior point guard Thomas Wilder (16.9 points per game) was named MAC Player of the Week. He averaged 21.5 points, 7.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals while shooting 51.7 percent from the floor to spark the offense in the two contests. Western Michigan has covered six of the last seven and the Broncos are 7-3 ATS as an underdog of 7.0 to 12.5. They face MAC rival Eastern Michigan, which lost its last home game to Buffalo, 77-68, as -7.5 chalk. The Eagles are 7-17-1 ATS as a home favorite of 7.0-12.5. Take Western Michigan.
