Western Michigan was 20-14 and 14-16 ATS last season and it returns two of its top players in Connar Tava and Tucker Haymond. Also, 7-0 foot center Seth Dugan will start as a freshman giving the Broncos an imposing frontcourt. However, the backcourt will be a work in progress. DePaul was 12-20 and 15-16 ATS and have a new coach in Dave Leitao. Actually, last season was an improvement and three starters are back this year led by Billy Garrett, Jr., Myke Henry and Tommy Hamilton. The Blue Demons finished last in the league in defense and rebounding, but there should be a big upgrade in those departments this season. The Blue Demons are a small favorite in this matchup and will get the win and cover. Play DePaul.
