Western Carolina at Notre Dame

Western Carolina was 18-16 last season and just 6-9 straight up on the road. Last November, they stepped up in non-conference tilts in their first two games, losing at Georgia (68-55) and at Maryland (71-51). They step up to face the ACC here, a conference ranked sixth in the RPI power ratings last year while the Southern Conference was ranked 23rd.
