Washington at Stanford

The Stanford Cardinal has replaced a bad football team with a good one, and a good basketball team for a bad one. The Cardinal’s record is 9-5, but a cupcake schedule says they will struggle against the better teams in the Pac-10. Losses to Murray State, Tulsa, and an overtime win vs. a hapless DePaul team sets the stage for a bad season. Washington has been a good program for a longtime now. They also have the better athletes, more talent and are deeper. The Huskies will challenge for top dog in the Pac-10 where they are already 4-0. This is an explosive team that goes 10 deep with all 10 contributing at least 5 points per game. They will wear down the Cardinal with their frenetic pace and will pull away late.
