Western Kentucky at UL Monroe

The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers are an uncharacteristic 4-9 on the season, but the schedule includes VCU, St. Joesph's, LSU, Murray State, Louisville and again vs. VCU. That is six high-octane games, so they aren't as bad as the record looks. UL Monroe has a lone win to show for the season against lowly Nichols State and have allowed eight opponents to reach 70 or better. Western Kentucky now 10-2 ATS vs. teams that are less than .400 at home, and have played three straight to the OVER.
