Western Illinois gained some valuable experience in the postseason a year ago, and returns again this season to square off with Purdue. The Leathernecks are a tough team to play, as they are methodical on offense and play extremely well on the defensive end. They held 23 opponents to 60 points or less on the season. That spells trouble for a below .500 Purdue team that has struggled when they don't score. The Boilermakers are 2-9-1 ATS this season when they fail to score more than 60 points in a game. The Lethernecks' game has translated well outside the conference where they are 6-1 ATS in their last seven, while Purdue is just 1-5 ATS in their last six outside the Big-10. Take Western Illinois.
