VMI at Western Carolina

The VMI keydets certainly don't attract a high level of skilled athletes into their basketball program, but they have reinvented themselves to have a lot of fun, and shoot a ton of 3;s and run the floor perhaps at a 40 minute pace faster than any team in the country. It has taken some time to come together for them this year, but all signs point to an improving squad, and one that has won 2 straight and covered their last 3. Western Carolina is 13-14 on the season, and has seldom found themselves in the role of a favorite, just 8 times on the season where they are 3-5 ATS, and have lost 3 of the games outright. Keydets can be a handful when their game is on, which it has shown to be the case late in the season. The play is on VMI.
