VMI at Richmond

The Richmond Spiders have had a good basketball team over the years, but they weigh in at 4-7 to start the season, and it looks like a long year ahead. The Spider's offense will make it difficult to get a margin on teams as they shoot just 43% on the season and 30% from 3. They also play very slowly and put up just an average of 57 shots per game. VMI is 6-6 to open the season, and they will also have trouble finding the bottom of the net. Richmond has managed to cover just two of their nine lined games on the season and can't be trusted as a double-digit chalk here, and this is the most significant line they have faced all season. I like VMI in this one.
