Villanova at Connecticut

The UConn Huskies have had their moments. This team is comprised of eight freshmen and one big star in Kemba Walker. While Walker is dominating, his supporting cast is young. Although they have had their moments, they have struggled more often than not. The Huskies’ top two players shoot respectably, but when you look at 3-8, no one shoots the ball better than 44% with three of them under 40% - not stats that comprise a high quality team. Villanova has won 11 in a row and the only blemish was vs. Tennessee. This is a team that scores proficiently, and has been in the 70s or better in nine straight games. They are going to make Walker take tough shots, and force the Husky pups to step up and a scoring drought in this game will prove deadly. The Wildcats are good on the road especially after playing three or more in a row at home, as they are 14-4 ATS on the road. Villanova takes this one.
