This will be a novelty to many reading that have not heard of Texas Rio Grande Valley. It certainly is a true indicator how the WAC has become quite soft. Seattle has been no bargain themselves on the season with just 13 wins to Rio Grande's eight. Perhaps most notable is the fact that Rio Grande finished stronger down the stretch with a pair of wins in their last four, while Seattle was finishing up just 1-4. It should also be noted that one of those losses was to this same Rio Grande team by double-digits. This one clearly can't be gauged by won/loss records as Rio Grande has some momentum, and Seattle has been struggling.
