UL Lafayette at Texas State

Texas St. had a long winning streak against some questionable opponents but has found themselves coming back down winning just 1 of their last 3 games. That includes a 15 point home loss vs Troy as an 8 point favorite. After holding 3 straight opponents to 37% shooting or less the Bobcats have allowed 2 of its last 3 opponents to shoot 54% or better. UL Lafayette has now gone 6-1-1 ATS in its last 8 and has started putting those in the win column as well as they are 3-1 in their last 4 games. They appear to be well suited to taking advantage of the recent Texas St. defensive slide as the Ragin Cajuns have shot much better of late connecting on 47.5% of their shots or better in their last 4. Two teams trending in opposite directions and I will make the play on UL Lafayette.
