UL Lafayette at Denver University

The biggest game in the short history of Division One basketball at the University of Denver. DU struggled with New Mexico State the other night, but were no doubt looking ahead to this game. These two teams are tied for the lead in the Sun Belt Conference. The city of Denver has taken notice to this team, and a large crowd is finally expected for this game. Denver is 13-4 ATS in home games versus poor defensive teams (shooting pct defense of >45%) since 1997. Denver has been nearly unbeatable on their home court this season, losing only to Stanford by two points, while the Rajin Cajuns have been average on the road going 6-6 and 5-5 ATS on the road this season. Denver is 8-1 on their home court and 5-2 ATS. The difference here will be defense. It is Denver's strength, particularly on their home court, and not necessarily a strongpoint for ULL. Lafayette has been on the road for the whole week, and will show some sign of fatigue in the Mile High City. Three star pick on Denver in this game.
