UC San Diego is doing fine considering it just recently became a Division I school and had just two starters returning from last year's 7-10 squad. The Tritons had a two-game win streak snapped in a loss to UC Riverside on Thursday, but it was due to a horrible shooting performance as they hit just 29.5 percent. The Tritons figure to bounce back from that outing as they average a .443 field goal percentage overall and .366 from 3-point distance while holding opponents to 43 percent shooting overall and just 27 percent from long range.
