UAB at Houston

Houston did a tremendous job this season as they lost two valuable starters and still put together a 29-5 season. UConn transfer Josh Carlton was a key added piece as he was a first-team all AAC selection. Houston did have some issues vs the top of the conference as over their last 12 games they lost to Memphis twice, and SMU. Alabama Birmingham had a great season at 27-7. They really heated up late in the year and enter on a 7 game winning streak. Houston is battling some injuries and their depth will be challenged. UAB has had the offense taking charge as the Blazers have scored 86.4ppg in their last 5. Houston has allowed 70 or more points in 3 of their last 12 and has failed to cover all of them. I think the Blazers break that glass ceiling and cover this game. Make the play on UAB.
