Tulsa and UT San Antonio each sit at 4-8 in the American Athletic Conference, and it looks like neither team will be suiting up for the post-season. UT San Antonio is off of 3 straight losses, so they were doing much better in the conference until recently, and that recency bias is showing up in the line, especially with Tulsa coming into this game off a win.
