Tulsa at Wichita State

The Wichita State program has been on an up-tick the last few seasons. Nothing is expected to change this year - except the fact that they are no longer under the radar, as indicated by heavy chalk status here vs. Tulsa. The Shockers are off to a 6-0 start with some impressive wins however they couldn't cover 16.5 vs. Western Carolina. Putting Tulsa on that same level certainly looks like a serious overlay here. A lot of defections have depleted the Tulsa roster, but the holdovers and new comers have enough to be competitive in this game. Danny Manning has a winning pedigree, so I would not be surprised to see the Golden Hurricane over-achieve this year. Tulsa has also had road success at 9-4 ATS in their last 13.
