Missouri State set the tone of their season early as they buried Nevada, holding the Wolfpack to just 46 points. That may sound like a great defensive effort, but three games in now and no opponent has topped that mark on the Bears who have been very defensive early on. Tulsa has been equally impressive holding half their six-game schedule thus far to 51 points or less, and overall their games aren't breaking any scoring records showing at just 124 combined points per game. This number looks high with a pair of defensive-minded teams willing to pace the game on the defensive end. The Golden Hurricanes have brought that defensive mindset on the road where they are now 9-3 to the UNDER in their last 12. The Bears are also 5-1 in their last six as home chalk, leading this one to fail to reach the total, so the UNDER is the play here.
