Tulane at Western Kentucky

Tulane has struggled offensively this season, but so has Western Kentucky. And, Tulane has played better defense. So, nearly double-digits here is simply wrong. The difference between these two teams right now is not that large and this line should be closer to half of what it is. Heck, Western Kentucky is just 2-3 on the year and 0-5 ATS. Teams they were supposed to beat by this margin were Cal State Northridge (Hilltoppers favored by 14) and Indiana State (favored by 10). They beat CSNR by just a point and they lost outright to Indiana State! I like Tulane plus the generous points here.
